- Attending patient enquiries/patient telephone calls, and all activities relating to patient registration, admission, billing, report delivery and give all possible care with a “SMILE”.
- Attending all enquiries relating to official & personal calls. Guiding the patients to various OPD’s/Clinics/Dept.
- Controlling all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Announcement of paging systems required in the hospital.
- Maintaining list of surgeries scheduled for the day.
- Maintaining list of Code Blue team on a daily basis.
- Receiving mail/packets in the counter and helps in sending across to the office of Manager (Administration).
- Issuing passes to the patient attendants/patients.
- Responsible for giving information brochure to all patients attendants.
- Arranging transport on request of patients/escorts.
- Do necessary arrangements for (female attendant/sweeper etc.) required for the patient needs.
- Perform duties with a professional attitude and appearance according to the functional service standard of the hospital.
- Maintaining list of important emergency telephone numbers of the hospitals, railways, taxi, ambulance centre, fire, etc.
- Maintaining up-to-date hospital telephone directory complete with name, address and mobile no of all employees, consultants, their duty rosters etc.
- Responsible for keeping the attendance records of Doctors/Consultation/ registration/ billing.
- Sending messages to patient’s relatives/attendants and doctors.
- Preparation of patients file and keeping admission/registration records.
- Maintenance of daily patient index/card.
- Maintenance of daily occupancy of wards in different floors of the hospital.
- To co-ordinates with wards, pharmacy, reception, labs, F&B etc to confirm their various charges.
- Record necessary information’s in the logbook.
Pay: ₹8,691.04 - ₹27,778.70 per month
