Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out work at site (civil, carpentry, electrical, MEP coordination)
- Ensure work progress as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams for timely completion
- Manage materials, manpower, and site activities efficiently
- Report daily progress and escalate site challenges to the Project Manager
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Attend client/consultant inspections and resolve site-level concerns
- Support in handover documentation and snag clearance
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of interior drawings, fit-out execution, and finishes
- Ability to handle multiple teams (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and site reporting
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage site timelines independently
- Knowledge of local materials, vendors, and labor productivity will be a plus
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year of site experience in interior and fit-out projects
