Key Responsibilities
- Screening and evaluating candidate applications
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records
- Managing HR documentation and employee records
- Supporting day-to-day administrative activities
- Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
- Working on reports, trackers, and MIS using Excel
- Managing data entry, record keeping, and documentation
- Assisting in various HR and operational initiatives
