Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Web Content Manager to manage, publish, and optimize content across our property listing platform. The ideal candidate will ensure all property listings, blogs, landing pages, and marketing content are accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, photographers, property owners, and developers to maintain a high-quality user experience and maximize organic traffic and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management
- Create, edit, publish, and maintain property listings.
- Ensure all listings contain complete and accurate information.
- Upload property images, videos, floor plans, brochures, and virtual tours.
- Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and content quality.
Website Content
- Manage homepage banners and promotional sections.
- Publish blogs, market insights, investment guides, and community articles.
- Update landing pages for campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Remove outdated, expired, or duplicate listings.
SEO Optimization
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, URLs, headings, and internal links.
- Perform keyword research related to real estate and property searches.
- Improve content readability and search engine rankings.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools.
Quality Assurance
- Verify property details before publication.
- Ensure pricing, amenities, location, and contact information are accurate.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, missing images, and outdated content.
CMS Administration
- Manage website content using the company’s Content Management System (CMS).
- Coordinate with the development team for new content features.
- Maintain content publishing schedules and workflows.
Collaboration

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement.
- Track listing performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0 years of experience in web content management or digital marketing.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or custom CMS.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate or property listing industry.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
