Clinic Location: Gurugram Job Summary NIA Aesthetics is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our skin and hair treatments, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness is preferred. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients. Follow up on enquiries and leads. Explain clinic services and ongoing offers. Book and confirm appointments. Maintain call records and customer data. Coordinate with the front desk and clinic team. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Requirements Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Telecalling or customer service experience preferred. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
