Tooling & Mould Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of injection moulds.
- Diagnose and repair mould defects, wear, and damage.
- Maintain mould history records and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure moulds meet production and quality requirements.
Tool Room Operations
- Operate and supervise tool room machinery such as:
- CNC Milling Machines
- EDM Machines
- Surface Grinders
- Lathe Machines
- Drilling Machines
- Monitor tool room activities to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Mould Troubleshooting
- Analyze mould-related production issues such as:
- Flash
- Short shots
- Sink marks
- Warpage
- Part sticking
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
New Mould Development
- Support mould trials and validation activities.
- Review mould designs and suggest improvements for manufacturability and maintenance.
- Coordinate with mould makers, vendors, and suppliers during new tool development.
- Continuous Improvement
- Implement tooling modifications to improve cycle time and product quality.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain maintenance logs, tool inventory, and spare parts records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare reports on mould performance and maintenance activities.
- Reduce mould downtime through effective maintenance practices.
- Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
