Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and presentation materials.

Coordinate with Structural, MEP, BIM, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design delivery.

Produce high-quality models and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
-
Review design outputs for compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.
-
Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.

Support project planning, design reviews, and technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining design quality.

Assist in preparing technical reports, BOQs, and tender documentation where required.

Mentor graduate architects and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

3–6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on commercial, mixed-use, residential, institutional, or infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Navisworks and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction detailing, and BIM workflows.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
