HR senior with experience of 3-7 years exp must
Handle –
· HR Hiring; Documentation; Software, Attendance
· Statutory compliance
· Employee related activity
· HR functions management
Responsible Solely
· Handle payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of all levels with factors of attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet data.
· Complete monthly recruitment target with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
· Maintain and update employee records from start to end
· Software management with respect to HR/ Statutory requirements in compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
· Support training and development programs and track participation.
· Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
· Manage queries at statutory and grievances of employees
· Employee training schedule and policy implementation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
