Job Description:
Leadfreak is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Lal Kothi, Jaipur. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting day-to-day HR activities while also assisting with client prospecting using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination).
- Manage routine HR activities, including onboarding and employee documentation.
- Prospect potential leads for clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools.
- Maintain candidate and client databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and client support.
Requirements:
- Fresher with high enthusiasm and willingness to learn, or up to 1 year of experience (preferably with a recruitment agency).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Comfortable using online research tools; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
