1. Quantity Surveying & Estimation
- Review IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs for RCC, finishing, façade, MEP, and external development works.
- Verify quantities executed at site against BOQ quantities.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
2. Cost Planning & Cost Control
- Prepare project budgets and cost plans.
- Monitor actual costs against budgeted costs.
- Conduct monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective measures.
- Track material consumption and wastage.
3. Client Billing & Revenue Management
- Prepare and submit monthly RA bills.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for certification.
- Monitor billing status and payment collections.
- Prepare final bills and account settlements.
- Maintain measurement sheets and billing records.
4. Subcontractor Billing & Commercial Management
- Verify subcontractor measurements and invoices.
- Certify subcontractor bills as per contract terms.
- Prepare work orders and subcontract agreements.
- Evaluate extra items and rate approvals.
- Monitor subcontractor commercial performance.
5. Contract Administration
- Review client and subcontract agreements.
- Interpret contractual obligations and entitlements.
- Maintain contract registers and correspondence.
- Identify contractual risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with project contract conditions.
6. Claims & Variation Management
- Prepare variation orders and change requests.
- Quantify and submit claims for additional works.
- Track approvals and recoveries.
- Prepare extension-of-time (EOT) support documentation where required.
- Negotiate commercial settlements with clients and subcontractors.
7. Procurement Support
- Assist procurement team in technical and commercial evaluations.
- Conduct rate analysis for major construction items.
- Support vendor and subcontractor negotiations.
- Review market rates and cost trends.
8. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports.
- Present project commercial status to management.
- Generate cash-flow forecasts.
- Maintain project cost databases and records.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
