About the Role
Engloray Learning Generation is looking for passionate Learning Mentors to guide students through industry-focused courses. You will teach, mentor, review projects, and help learners build practical skills for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online and offline training sessions.
- Create structured learning plans for students.
- Review assignments, projects, and portfolios.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and career guidance.
- Track student performance and learning progress.
- Recommend learning resources and improvement strategies.
- Conduct mock interviews and portfolio reviews.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in the relevant subject area.
- Problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Experience with project-based learning.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3+ years of teaching or industry experience.
- Portfolio or real-world project experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
