Responsibilities -
1. Interviews,hires and trains new staff in the department
2. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
3. Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
4. Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
5. Provide support and guidance to staff when complex and sensitive issues arise and maybe required to administer and execute actions.
6. Manage the recruitment process.
7. Analyse trends in compensation and benefits and propose competitive base and incentives pay to ensure organization attracts and retains top talent.
8. Create learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities to staff.
9. Supervise the payroll process along with the statutory compliance.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement -
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience required -
- A PG/Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of 9 years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in any of the HR software will be an added advantage.
