Talentemple Advertising LLP is looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with strong real estate branding experience to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate should understand the visual language of the real estate and property marketing industry and have experience creating high-impact motion content for real estate developers, residential and commercial projects, luxury properties, and property launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging motion graphics and video content for real estate brands and property projects.
- Create promotional videos, project launch films, social media reels, digital ads, walkthrough videos, and campaign creatives.
- Convert creative concepts and campaign briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Create animations for property launches, project USPs, amenities, location advantages, floor plans, offers, and brand campaigns.
- Work on branding and communication for residential, commercial, luxury, and premium real estate projects.
- Create kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, 2D animations, compositing, and visual effects.
- Edit and enhance video footage, including color correction, sound synchronization, transitions, and basic VFX.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers.
- Ensure all creative output follows the project's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current real estate marketing, digital advertising, motion design, and social media trends.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / Video Design.
- Mandatory: Prior experience working on real estate branding, advertising, or property marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating real estate projects and branding work.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, animation principles, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create premium and aspirational visual content suitable for real estate developers and luxury property brands.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate static brand identities into dynamic motion content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight campaign timelines.
Real Estate Experience – Preferred Exposure
Candidates with experience creating content for any of the following will be preferred:
- Real estate developers and builders
- Residential and luxury residential projects
- Commercial and office spaces
- High-rise and premium developments
- Township projects
- Property launches and pre-launch campaigns
- Real estate brand identity campaigns

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.
- Experience with 3D motion graphics and architectural visualization.
- Understanding of real estate CGI, renders, walkthroughs, and architectural animation.
- Basic sound design and audio editing skills.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and animation tools.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a designer who can combine strong motion design skills with a genuine understanding of real estate branding.
You should be able to take a property campaign from a creative brief and develop polished, premium, and conversion-focused motion content that communicates the brand, project positioning, lifestyle, location, and key selling points effectively.
Portfolio Requirement
A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory. Candidates must share relevant real estate branding, property marketing, or developer campaign work along with their application.
Experience in an advertising agency or creative agency handling real estate accounts will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
