Summary
We are looking for an ERP Sales Executive with 2–3 years of B2B sales experience to drive sales of ERP solutions preferably ERPNext. The role involves lead management, customer engagement, solution positioning, and coordination with pre-sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads for ERPNext solutions.
- Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Understand customer business needs and position ERPNext solutions accordingly.
- Create and Maintain Database.
- Participate/Attend Events, Promote Company Products etc.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Create opportunities through upselling Services/Products to existing clients.
- Coordinate product demos, proposals, and closures.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM.
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proposal Making
- Study market trends on industry, products to help positioning of ERP Solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B / IT / ERP sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of ERP / SaaS solutions (ERPNext preferred).
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
