Key Responsibilities – Export Sales Executive
Export Sales & Business Development
· Develop and expand international business for ceramic products by identifying new customers, distributors, and dealers.
· Generate export leads through emails, online B2B portals, trade directories, and market research.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients to achieve long-term business growth.
· Achieve assigned export sales and revenue targets.
Customer Communication & Sales Coordination
· Handle export inquiries promptly and provide product information, quotations, and commercial proposals.
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with international customers.
· Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed export orders.
· Ensure excellent customer service through timely communication and after-sales support.
Export Order & Documentation Management
· Coordinate the complete export order execution process from order confirmation to shipment.
· Prepare and coordinate export documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.
· Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and shipping agencies for smooth dispatch.
· Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer-specific documentation requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Work closely with production, planning, logistics, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
· Monitor production schedules and shipment timelines to meet customer delivery commitments.
· Coordinate with the finance department regarding payment follow-ups, LC documentation, and customer accounts.
Market Research & Reporting
· Monitor international ceramic market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
· Identify new export markets and business opportunities.
· Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and export reports.
· Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on export sales performance.
Required Skills - Export Sales Executive
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Knowledge of any foreign language (Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) will be an added advantage.
· Basic understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade practices.
· Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and ERP/CRM software.
· Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
· Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
· Professional attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced export business environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
