Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Manager who can take ownership of our sales function, represent the company professionally in front of clients, and lead our sales efforts across channels.
This role requires a combination of technical understanding, presentation skills, and leadership ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
- Create and deliver professional presentations (PPTs, proposals, demos)
- Drive business development and generate new leads
- Handle negotiations and close high-value deals
- Coordinate with production and operations for execution
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Develop and improve sales processes and strategies
Requirements
- B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in client-facing roles and deal closure
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Good understanding of engineering products / industrial solutions
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sachin, Gujarat (Sachin, Surat District)
