E-commerce Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including sales analytics, inventory trends, and campaign ROI using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Design, maintain, and optimize Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for internal teams and client reporting.
- Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others, including creation, updates, and launches.
- Drive listing optimization, focusing on:
- Crafting high-converting product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content.
- Implementing keyword research, placement, and SEO best practices.
- Coordinating image uploads, ensuring content accuracy, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Perform catalog hygiene checks, including attribute mapping, backend keywords, compliance audits, and category alignment.
- Execute Amazon PPC campaigns: keyword research, bid management, ad creation (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), performance monitoring, and optimization to maximize ACOS and sales.
- Oversee catalog management: bulk uploads via templates, inventory syncing, pricing updates, and variation management across platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and operations teams for uploads, corrections, and enhancements.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs using tools like Zoho Projects, Trello, or Asana.
- Extract and analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar platforms.
- Build presentation decks for internal reviews, client meetings, and performance deep-dives.
- Document processes, update SOPs, and maintain internal trackers.
- Follow up on tasks across teams to ensure timely closures and operational efficiency.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, with proven work on Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
- Demonstrated experience in Amazon PPC (campaign setup, optimization, reporting) and catalog management (bulk operations, listings, inventory).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with additional platforms (Myntra, Meesho) or tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
- Familiarity with inventory management software or advanced analytics.
