Minimum Graduate
· IT and Tools Conversant
Able to work on Computer System, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook/Email,
Participate in Virtual Meetings (Zoom, Teams etc)

· Report Generation and Presentation
Should be able to extract data from files or Excel or CRM and generate report in Excel
Should be able to present cluster report with mentors, donors and management as and when required
· Banking Experience
Banker Retired as Senior Manager/ Chief Manager/ AGM in a Scheduled Bank
Preferably should have working experience in SME Loans / Credit department in a scheduled bank and is conversant with all process and documentation. Should have at least 10 years of working experience in credit department. Should be well conversant with Balance Sheet and other financial documents.
Scale II Bank officer can be considered if has worked as credit appraisal Officer in a scheduled bank
· Age Group
Between 58 to 65 Years. Voluntary Retired Officials can also be considered.
Healthy and Sound to run around the different branches and locations within the cluster geographical reach.

Able to guide and support prospective and existing entrepreneurs
Go-getter and target orientation
He should have empathy towards disadvantaged youth especially in rural areas for starting new micro enterprises
Good Communication Skills - Written and Verbal. Communication in English and Vernacular language required
Ready to learn new process and participate in activities
Can drive 2 wheelers or 4 wheelers independently for site verification, inspection, bank visits etc.

· Job Role/Purpose
The main objective of this engagement is to ensure smooth co-ordination between BYST, BANK and the entrepreneur for benefit of all three.
· KRAs and related activities required to be pursued/accomplished
Cluster Level
Weekly and Monthly Audit of documents, bills as per the BYST Checklist and duly verify them
· Owner of Stage 2 Process
o Verification of Machinery, Stocks etc. during the site inspection / verification
o Meet prospective entrepreneur before document collection and IESP and prepare his assessment report as per report format.
o Collect all documents as required for the application proposal preparation and update the tracker of documents collection
o Prepare the loan application / project proposal (project report) as per the desired documents and details, its evaluation as per BYST and Banks norms
o Verify all quotations, orders, references, KYC documents and details before placing it in IESP
o Check the Project Proposal and Projections prepared and suggest feedback / changes required
o Present the Loan Application in IESP and satisfy the queries/questions of IESP Members asked for any given proposal
o Complete the details and documents / changes as suggested by IESP before submission in Bank
o Submit the disbursement documents with Cluster team for updation in records and CRM
o In coordination with CH, prepare the IESP Minutes with action items and their timelines
o Verify Monthly Q-Form Report along with documents to be shared for Audit purpose within the predecided time period
o Provide feedback and train the prospective team members related to Banking Operations
o Participate and share feedback in Virtual calls or in person meeting organised
o Participate in Cluster level committee meetings and share inputs on queries raised
o Guide and do the handholding of Cluster Team on Banking and Accounting process
o Organise and participate in quarterly bankers meet
o Prepare Bank wise Quarterly Report for submission with Banking Advisor and Management
o Coordinate with Cluster Team in Hi-Fliers list preparation along with checking of their balance sheet, revenue, wealth generation and employment
Bank -related
o Build rapport with Banks and Stakeholders
o Ensure monthly BYST-Bank ESP meeting is held as per the yearly calendar with prefixed date/as per the MOU guideline.
o Meet the bank regional office/SME/Loan factory once in every 15 days. (For courtesy visit/ discuss the issues if or any other agenda).
o Meet Bank senior officials (GM/DGM/AGM) every quarter with strategic chair or BESP chair of BYST.
o Contact the branch managers at least once in month either by phone/personally and invite them for BYST activities like mentor chapter meetings/Best banking practice session during workshop/Get together/event.
o To organize a presentation for all branch managers at least once in year with the help of cluster head.
o Get CIBIL report so that the defaulters can be eliminated at the first stage itself
o Submit the application / proposal in bank with all details and documents
o Periodic Follow up for the applications submitted with banks for disbursement and share update with cluster team for updation
o Collect the Sanction Letters from Banks for Disbursement made
o Periodic information from Banks to have update about regular EMI payment by entrepreneurs
o Prepare quarterly NPA report by coordinating with the branches / banks
o Periodically reports to Cluster Head and Management about the NPA issue
o Ensuring that the required number of files are sent to the SME/loan factory/banks from BYST in order to meet the target of the cluster
o Continuous follow-up (phone/visit) with bank/branches for new application refer to BYST.
o Call to bank/branch for repayment status of BYST entrepreneurs on every 25th of the month.
o Visit to NPA/ irregular/critical cases whenever required.
o Guidance for better implementation of the scheme.
o Maintaining database of Bank related.
o Proper guidance to BYST existing entrepreneur in terms of finance/ expansion loan for development the business whenever required.
o Best banking practice session to recent disbursed cases.
Entrepreneur Support
o One to One Counselling to enquires whenever mentor counsellor is not available. As per the criteria of BYST.
o Address the workshops at least twice a month- briefing entrepreneurs about documentation, process in BYST, process in bank and core project report. Address queries of entrepreneurs and guide them accordingly- to ensure best support for them.
o One to one discussion with the potential entrepreneurs regarding their proposals, viability and loan requirements -Suggest them changes if required for improvement. Guidance to the entrepreneurs, about how to strengthen the proposals and helping them to get it done.
o Site verification above 3 lakhs unit.
o After site verification send potential entrepreneurs to CA/tax consultant (approved by BYST) for projection/project report.
o Vetting the Entrepreneur Loan proposal files before it goes to Internal Entrepreneur Selection Panel (IESP) Check all documents. (SV, TE report, projections, balance sheets, bank statements etc. No file should be placed before the committee without your scrutiny.
o IESP approved proposal submit to respective SME/loan factory/banks within stipulated time.
o To coordinate with SME/Loan factory/banks for site visit for submitted proposals.
o Follow up (over phone/visit) is required with SME/loan factory/banks for sanction letter those proposals approved in BYST-Bank meeting.
o After receiving the sanction letter by SME/Loan factory/banks – one to one orientation is required to entrepreneur about sanction terms & condition and same time sanction letter has to handover to entrepreneur (Ensure current account opening in respective bank branch/margin amount should be deposit in current account by sanctioned entrepreneurs)
o Follow up (over phone/visit) is required with respective branch for disbursal the entrepreneur with in stipulated time- as per MOU guidelines.
o During disbursal time BYST presence is required in respective bank branch. (Mentor/any BYST staff)
o Ensure fixed asset/raw material purchased by entrepreneurs after disbursed the loan.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
