· Dispensing Medications: Prepare and dispense prescribed medications with accuracy, ensuring adherence to legal and medical guidelines.

· Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, check for expired medicines, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
· Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with doctors and nurses to optimize medication therapy plans for patients.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and NABH accreditation standards.
· Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate patient records, update medication histories, and document adverse drug reactions if any.
