Job Description
We are looking for a Technical/Testing Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing, technical support, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be capable of testing applications, providing end-user support, and coordinating with development teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting application and system issues.
- Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects and verify fixes.
- Prepare test reports, user documentation, and support records.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and technical support.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing, SQL, REST APIs, Windows/Linux environments, and ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Basic understanding of automation testing is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
