Role Overview:
Looking for candidates with hands-on experience in sourcing and screening using job portals. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment with ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and professional networks
- Screen candidates via calls and assess the role fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups and engagement
- Work on multiple open roles and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience in job portal sourcing (Naukri preferred)
- Good communication and screening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
