We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our café and event venue, increase footfall, generate event bookings, and build strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales through both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads and secure bookings for corporate events, private parties, workshops, celebrations, and community events.
Conduct venue visits and presentations for prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages for clients.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Build and maintain relationships with past clients/guests potential future clients/guests.
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase café footfall and event bookings.
Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content and promotions.
Coordinate digital marketing activities including WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, and local advertising.
Develop partnerships with influencers, event organizers, and community groups.
Promote special offers, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Event Sales Support
Assist clients in selecting suitable event packages and services.
Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure client requirements are communicated effectively.
Support the execution of promotional events, workshops, and in-house activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a database of clients, leads, and event inquiries.
Ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new sales opportunities and target segments.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
1–2 years or more, of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, events, or customer relationship management.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion.
Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
