Job Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define product strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Drive stakeholder alignment by collaborating with business, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Architect scalable enterprise applications using React.js and Python.
- Define and establish REST APIs, reusable frameworks, architecture guidelines, and technical standards.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams across multiple PODs.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery leadership to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Identify technical and delivery risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Drive successful execution of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Support engineering teams in resolving complex technical challenges and making architectural decisions
- Partner with customers to provide technical consulting and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, Engineering Leadership, or a related role.
- Strong customer-facing architecture, consulting, and stakeholder management experience.
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in React.js, including Single Page Applications (SPA), Component-Based Architecture, and Performance Optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), REST API development, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, API Design, and System Design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Database Design, and Query Optimization.
- Experience in Requirement Engineering, User Story creation, Business Process Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Product Thinking.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud-native application deployment.
- Strong understanding of architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and enterprise application design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive strategic technical decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives with technical execution while ensuring delivery excellence.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
