About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand & Social Media Strategist to shape how our brands are positioned, communicated, and perceived in the market. This role requires someone who understands branding, storytelling, audience psychology, and digital trends while being able to convert ideas into strong communication and growth strategies.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building brand narratives, planning content ecosystems, and driving audience engagement across digital platforms through strategic thinking and execution.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual direction, and storytelling across platforms.
- Translate business goals into strong marketing narratives and campaigns.
- Work on brand identity, perception building, and audience recall.
2. Social Media Strategy
- Create monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
- Plan content pillars, themes, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
- Stay updated with digital trends, formats, and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
3. Content Planning & Direction
- Build content calendars and strategic content roadmaps.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure strategic execution.
- Ideate reels, campaigns, storytelling formats, ad concepts, and communication angles.
- Ensure content aligns with audience psychology and business objectives.
4. Growth & Community Building
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, brand visibility, and community participation.
- Recommend collaboration, influencer, and partnership strategies.
- Support lead generation and conversion-focused marketing initiatives through strategic communication.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor content and campaign performance using insights and analytics.
- Analyze audience behavior, engagement patterns, and competitor strategies.
- Present monthly performance reviews with recommendations for optimization.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify communication gaps and opportunities.
- Stay informed about emerging digital trends, branding innovations, and consumer behavior shifts.
Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in branding, social media strategy, marketing, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of brand building, digital storytelling, and social media ecosystems.
- Ability to think strategically while understanding content execution.
- Excellent communication, ideation, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, content planning tools, and marketing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and audience understanding skills.
