Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through field visits, calls, events, networking, and local market activities.
- Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
- Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, and present relevant education offerings.
- Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions/customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
- Build relationships with local communities, institutions, and other potential lead sources.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
What We Expect
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting new people.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for lead generation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in sales, field sales, B2C, education sales, or business development is an advantage.
Compensation
