Civil Estimation & Costing Engineer | Mumbai
We are looking for experienced professionals in civil estimation, costing, and project financial management for real estate and construction projects.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical
Notice Period: Immediate – 15 Days
Industry: Real Estate Development
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed project cost estimates & BOQs
Manage budgeting, cost control & variance analysis
Support tendering, quantity surveying & financial reporting
Coordinate with procurement, design & project teams
Monitor project expenditures and optimize project costs
Prepare budget forecasts and cost analysis reports
Preferred Skills:
Civil Estimation | Quantity Surveying | Construction Costing | Tendering | Financial Analysis | Budgeting | Cost Control | Project Financial Management | Material Estimation | Formwork EngineeringCertifications such as CCP, PMP, NICMAR or Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
