1. Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and tasks
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Track sales targets and report progress
2. Customer Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for customers
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on orders
3. Administrative Duties
- Organize and maintain sales documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
- Manage databases and CRM systems (like Salesforce CRM or HubSpot CRM)
4. Coordination with Other Departments
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams
- Ensure proper stock availability and delivery timelines
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data and trends
- Generate reports for management
- Help improve sales strategies based on insights
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
