Job Responsibilities – Villas
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work as per drawings and specifications
- Handle foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure quality control and proper workmanship
- Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage
- Maintain site measurements and billing records
- Ensure adherence to project timelines
- Implement safety practices at site
Job Responsibilities – Apartments
- Supervise multi-storey building construction (RCC frame structure)
- Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concrete works, and structural elements
- Coordinate MEP works (Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting, STP, Lift coordination)
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and building codes
- Conduct quality inspections and testing
- Handle client/consultant site inspections
- Maintain proper documentation and site registers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
