Job Overview
We are hiring for a leading international BPO for Non-Voice (Chat & Email Support) roles. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who prefer back-end/customer support without heavy calling and want to build a career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Chat and Email support
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns
Maintain professional and clear written communication
Follow defined processes, quality guidelines, and SLAs
Manage multiple chats/emails simultaneously
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
Good written English communication is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Willing to work from office (Viman Nagar, Pune)
