Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Develop concept layouts, presentation drawings, working drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage projects from design stage to final handover.
- Conduct client meetings, design discussions, and project presentations.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Review construction drawings and resolve design-related challenges.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and approval requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Required experience
- 5–10 years of experience in architecture, construction, or design-build projects
- Proven experience handling residential villas, luxury homes, commercial spaces, and turnkey projects
Technical Skills
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, MS Office, BOQ Preparation & Estimation, Construction Detailing
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Stable career history with long-term association in previous organizations
- Experience in Design & Build organizations
- Strong project management and coordination exposure
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Good leadership quality and team management skills
Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and execution processes
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
