Role Purpose
The Manager – Centre Audit will be responsible for conducting periodic audits of all
training centres to ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational
standards, academic quality benchmarks, statutory requirements, financial controls,
and brand guidelines. The role aims to strengthen governance, improve operational
efficiency, identify risks, and ensure consistency across all centres.
Desired Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Operations Audit, Quality Audit, or
Compliance.
Experience in Education, Training, Retail, Franchise, or Multi-location
Operations preferred.
Experience in conducting field audits and preparing management reports.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of centres as per the audit schedule.
Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
Verify student records, admission documents, attendance, and batch data.
Review classroom delivery, trainer attendance, and training quality.
Ensure centre infrastructure, branding, and housekeeping standards are
maintained.
Audit assets, lab equipment, and inventory records.
Identify process gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues.
Prepare audit reports and share findings with management.
Follow up with centres to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Maintain audit records, reports, and compliance trackers.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate with Centre Managers and functional teams for audit-related
activities.
Support with data, reports, and insights for decision-making.
Travel to centres across assigned locations for conducting audits and reviews.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
