JobOverview:We are currently expanding the reach of Fire RID our premium, automatic fire suppression technologies. We are looking for a Business Development specialist to lead our engagements with major entities in the Corporate, Industrial, Banking Sector etc. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals to achieve sales targets.
KeyResponsibilities:
1)Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
2)Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and social media platforms. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
3)Manage client queries, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements effectively.
4)Identify potential business opportunities by evaluating market trends and positioning products appropriately within the industry.
5)Maintain long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support, product knowledge, and guidance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
6)Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
7)Coordinate with channel partners and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Fire RID products.
8)Prepare and deliver proposals, sales presentations, business strategies, and other relevant documentation for clients.
9)Negotiate and close deals with clients.
10)Coordinate with the technical and operations team for product specifications and installation requirements.
11)Identify government and private tenders related to fire safety products.
1)Any Graduate and Post-Graduate.
2)Min 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development profile.
3)Proven capacity to reach and beyond sales goals.
4)Proficiency in market development and making sales strategy.
5)Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
6)Well-versed in CRM and Microsoft Office.
7)Self-driven with an emphasis on outcomes sharp thinker and quick learner.
8)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
