Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager (IT Sales) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting IT services and solutions, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in IT sales, and the ability to identify and convert potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Promote company IT services, software solutions, and products to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition preferred.
