Job Summary:
Orrchid Montessori House is looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children. The ideal candidate should be committed to creating a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment while following Montessori principles.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.
Teach early literacy, numeracy, phonics, and life skills.
Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom.
Observe and record children's progress.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training programmes.
Work collaboratively with the school team and uphold the values of Orrchid Montessori House.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Montessori / NTT / Early Childhood Education certification preferred.
Experience in preschool teaching is preferred; enthusiastic freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
Good communication skills in English.
Positive attitude, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children.

- Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and classroom management.
- Excellent observation and assessment skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
