We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in architectural design, prepare drawings, coordinate with senior architects and support project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Produce detailed construction drawings and working drawings.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare material specifications and quantity estimates.
- Revise drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Support project documentation and approval processes.
- Maintain project records and design files.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar 3D software.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
