Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1.5–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries/SDKs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Publish, update, and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem and mobile development trends.
Required Skills
- 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
- Experience with state management tools such as Provider or GetX.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.
- Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
- Knowledge of local databases such as SQLite or Hive.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, social logins, and push notifications is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience publishing apps on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Hands-on experience with Google Maps/Mapbox, GPS, real-time location tracking, background location services, or geofencing.
- Experience building attendance, delivery, logistics, or field-force management applications will be preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
