Position: Territory Manager

Experience – 5-8 Years
Description:-
Achieve regional sales targets for Material Handling Equipment such
as forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, reach trucks and warehouse
automation solutions.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in
industrial and commercial sectors.
Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and
negotiate contracts.
Develop strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue
growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers,
and distributors.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational
requirements and provide suitable MHE solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business
objectives.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales reviews.
Provide coaching and technical sales guidance to team members.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
