Role Overview
As an International Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand in global markets. You will engage with prospective learners and their families, identify their educational needs, and guide them toward the right programs. This role is perfect for ambitious, target-driven individuals looking to build a career in international sales within the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with international prospective customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customer requirements and recommend the best-fit educational programs.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification and follow-up to deal closure and enrollment.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, maintain accurate records, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to share market feedback, refine sales processes, and ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, or Business Development.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Skills:
- Exceptional English communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
- Requirements:
- Must be willing to work the US shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
- Must be available to work from our office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Must be comfortable with a 6-day work week (Weekly off: Monday).
