About the Role
Nothing Before Coffee Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Executive to manage the maintenance and smooth functioning of equipment and utilities across outlets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the QSR/F&B industry and strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical and mechanical equipment across café/outlet locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, appliances, and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and maintain service records/documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repair and AMC activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Inspect outlets regularly and identify maintenance requirements proactively.
- Support new outlet setup activities related to electrical and equipment installation.
- Maintain inventory of essential maintenance tools and spare parts.
- Coordinate with operations teams for timely issue resolution.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
- Experience handling maintenance in QSR/F&B outlets.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets/issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel as per operational requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in QSR, café chains, or F&B industry.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
