We are seeking a smart and result-oriented Business Development Executive BDE) who can identify business opportunities, generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales understanding, negotiation abilities, and experience in client acquisition and business growth. Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and client leads. Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients. Handle negotiations and close business deals. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for project execution.
Track sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets. Represent the company professionally in networking and client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred. Ability to manage client relationships professionally. Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
