Position: Asst. Manager – HR
Location: Modakkurichi, Erode, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee engagement and performance management
- Payroll coordination and attendance management
- Training & development initiatives
- General HR operations and policy implementation
- Performance appraisal
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA / MSW (HR) or equivalent qualification
- Min. 5 - 6 yrs. experience in HR operations
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Candidates native to Erode or nearby areas will be preferred
Language Requirement:
- Candidates should be proficient in spoken Hindi and English.
