Bagaria & Co. LLP is looking for a proactive, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of our Partners. The role requires excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills to ensure the smooth execution of the Partner's day-to-day activities and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Partner's day-to-day schedule, appointments, and priorities.
- Maintain and manage calendars, meetings, and business commitments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and telephone communications on behalf of the Partner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents as required.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records with complete discretion.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, seminars, conferences, and other business events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management as required.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Partner/Management from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Coordinator supporting senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with senior leadership, Partners, Directors.
- Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm, professional services firm, legal firm, or consulting environment will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and client coordination skills.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
