QUALIFICATION: MBA, PGDBM Sales & Marketing
EXPERIENCE RANGE:
6 to 10 years of similar experience in Residential / Commercial / Real Estate Sales with a premier Real Estate Developer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the premium residential projects in Guwahati.
Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
Customer Relationship Management – Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
To handhold the customer through the pre-sales post sales process till possession.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS.
SKILL SETS:
Excellent written and spoken English, Assamese and Hindi communication skills.
Confidence and ability to interact with high-profile clients.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, should be able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
