- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements across all group companies.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift scheduling, and HRMS.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the Finance department.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Identify training needs and organize employee learning and development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings and ensure workplace discipline.
- Promote employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives.
- Manage employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and career development.
- Handle resignation, exit interviews, Full & Final Settlement, and relieving formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor employee productivity, absenteeism, and attrition trends.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Support administration in matters related to employee facilities, transport, security, and workplace management.
- Handle labour inspections and maintain statutory records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational data.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies and organizational updates.
- Drive organizational culture, ethics, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Recommend improvements in HR systems, processes, and best practices.
- Support business expansion, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
