We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will assist senior architects in preparing drawings, developing design concepts, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and project concepts.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using design software.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during different project stages.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and gather necessary information.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and permits from relevant authorities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
