Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits • Explain property details to clients and understand their requirements • Arrange and conduct site visits for customers • Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals • Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
