WE ARE HIRING – QUALITY COORDINATOR NABH
Bodyline hospital is looking for an experienced quality coordinator with expertise in National Accreditation Board For Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) Standards.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Implementation: Implement and monitor NABH standards across departments.
Documentation Control: Develop, update, maintain policies, and records required for accreditation.
Internal Audits & Assessments: Conduct regular internal audits, mock drills, and gap analyses to ensure continuous readiness.
Staff Training: Train staff on NABH protocols, patient safety, and quality initiatives.
Quality Management: Collect, report, handling incident reporting, RCA & CAPA.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Nursing, Healthcare or a related field. Strong Knowledge of NABH standards and documentation.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospital quality assurance and previous experience with NABH assessment/implementation.
Skills: Strong communication, documentation skills (MS Office), analytical skills, and team management.
