About the Role:
TTD Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support our Last Mile Logistics Operations team. The intern will be responsible for assisting in backend operational activities, data management, coordination with field teams, and ensuring smooth execution of delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update operational data, reports, and trackers.
- Monitor daily delivery performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with station teams and Delivery Associates (DAs) for operational requirements.
- Support onboarding documentation and record management of Delivery Associates.
- Assist in attendance tracking, payroll data verification, and ID mapping.
- Handle data entry and maintain operational dashboards.
- Coordinate with Amazon station teams and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Monitor compliance-related documentation and maintain records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support escalation management and ensure timely closure of operational issues.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and standardization of backend operations.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in:
- BBA
- MBA (Operations/Logistics)
- B.Com
- BCA
- Any graduate with an interest in Logistics and Operations Management.
Learning Opportunities:
