AdPulse Digital Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a strong focus on talent acquisition and end-to-end on boarding. The ideal candidate will manage the complete hiring lifecycle, ensure seamless on boarding, and support HR operations to build a high-performing and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and align recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate communication.
Prepare and release offer letters and negotiate terms when required.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide hiring reports.
End-to-End On boarding
Manage the complete on boarding process from offer acceptance to joining.
Coordinate joining formalities including documentation, background verification, and policy briefings.
Conduct HR induction and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, ID cards, and workplace setup.
Track probation confirmations and follow up with reporting managers.
Pay: ₹10,851.59 - ₹43,132.84 per month
