Role Overview
Margo Digitech is looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B) to lead our sales efforts, manage a team of SDRs, and drive new client acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can manage the team while actively participating in sales calls and closing B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of SDRs/BD Executives.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Build and improve a structured outbound sales process.
- Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools.
- Take sales calls, understand client requirements, pitch solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
- Execute outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Track team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify performance gaps and continuously improve team productivity and conversion rates.
- Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to strengthen business development strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
- Proven experience in closing B2B clients.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team of SDRs/BD Executives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM, email outreach, and sales tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, or AI is a plus.
